The latest adorable litter of purebred Labrador puppies arrived on 22 July 2010. This includes both golden (yellow) and black puppies, with both male and female puppies.

Before we provide a few more details about our puppies, we want to clarify that a Labrador Retriever is the correct and proper name for a Labrador. It is NOT a cross-breed between a Labrador and a Golden Retriever. We receive a number of emails about this, and just wanted to clarify.

Our Labrador Retrievers sell quickly (and we believe they represent good value, given the high quality). And many go to various destinations throughout Australia and overseas.

Each Labrador Retriever that we breed is provided to their new owners with a range of items etc, which include:

  • six weeks of free insurance (conditions apply);

  • vaccination of each Labrador puppy at 6 weeks of age (and with Vet certificate);

  • worming (by breeder);

  • microchip (by Veterinarian);

  • examination of each puppy by a Veterinarian;

  • puppy food, etc samples;

  • numerous dog related ebooks;

  • pedigree certificate; and

  • comprehensive care and welfare guide for your Labrador Retrievers ;

all at no extra cost.  And delivery of the Labrador Retriever pups can be arranged. For example, our Labrador Retrievers have gone to various destinations, including throughout NSW, and interstate. We no longer export overseas.

With quality Labrador puppies selling in Australia up to $2,000 each, then our puppies represent excellent value at only $1,200.

Our Labrador Retrievers are bred in a family environment, and are socialised with other dogs, children, adults, etc. They also enjoy their rural 5 acre property, including the dam. All parents have been tested and screened for recognised Labrador illnesses, etc, such as hip dysplasia, progressive retinal atrophy (PRA), etc.

Our quality Labrador Retrievers normally go to their new homes when they are at least eight weeks of age. This is for a couple of reasons.

Firstly, they are Vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped, etc at six weeks of age. And then they remain with us for the further two weeks to help their immunity to respond etc to the vaccinations, before they leave us.

Secondly, it is our understanding that it is also a requirement of law for dog breeders in NSW not to sell their Labrador Retrievers until they are at least eight weeks of age. And we believe that this is sensible, so that the Labrador pups are of adequate maturity before going to their new homes, and to also allow for vaccinations response etc.

In relation to delivery, the Labrador pups can be collected directly from us, or they can be transported to you. Many of our Labrador pups go to Sydney and Brisbane areas and can be flown there, or can be collected from us at Taree. We also have Labrador Retriever pups flying to other destinations, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like further details.

As a guide of the cost, following are details of the flight costs to the various destinations for an eight week old Labrador Retriever puppy:

Sydney: $155

Canberra: $185

Melbourne: $205

Brisbane: $165

Perth: $360

Darwin: $350

Adelaide: $220

Hobart: $220

Albury: $160

Please note that these details do not remain valid, and should not be relied upon. They are only provided as a guide to what the costs were quoted as being on 21/5/09.

When we have puppies available, notice of this will be placed on our Puppy Update page.

We hope that the above and our website has been of assistance. And please do not hesitate to contact us if any further details etc are required in relation to our Labrador Retrievers.
